True, but only on win7 x64 not win 10 x64

The new diagnostic interface can be used with both operating systems. Please place any necessary orders with Workshop

Tip 3: a clean Windows 7 is the best way

I will prefer you to use windows 7 for all the diagnostic devices, this is because of the security of the windows 10. The best way to get a good working diagnostic program is to have one and only laptop for this. A clean windows 7 i are the best way, but this is only my experience


Part 3: odis-e,-s on same laptop, Windows x64? x86?

Tip 1: odis-e odis-s same laptop, x64 better

Both odis e and odis s can work together on same laptop partition. no problem. For newer versions will be better x64.

Tip 2: x86 much better, no lack of functionality

x86 is soooo much better since there is no any lack of the functionality for any kind of driver of ur laptop , I test both x86 is better and u can install both yes ODIS-S and ODIS-E

Tip 3: on Windows 7 x64, perfect

Works perfectly on Windows 7 x64, I have Engineering 7.2.2, Service 4.1.4 and Service 4.2.3 in same partition and no problem, if you execute any of them in Windows 10 you won’t be able to select VAS5054A

Tip 4: on Windows 7 64bit works very well


I installed on win7 64bit and it installed and I added the update file from the download, starts and works very well, thank you all for your guidance and comments.

When installing a new module, the configuration data must be transferred from the old module beforeit is removed. The new module will then be programmed using this information. Use the followingsteps to download the data from the existing module and program the new module:

Step 1: Select the toolbox tab at the top of the screen

Step 2: Select “Module Programming”

Step 3: Select the tick mark or the Enter key

Step 4: Select “Programmable Module Installation”

Step 5: From the fly out menu, select the type of module to be installed

Step 6: Select the tick mark or the Enter key

Step 7: Make sure that an Internet connection has been established and then select “Confirm”

Step 8: Follow the instructions on the screen. These instructions vary depending on the type ofmodule being installed.

NOTE: Be sure to follow these instructions in the exact order that they are given. Do not remove or install any modules until instructed to do so. Failure to follow the instructions correctly may result in the configuration data received during vehicle identification to program incorrectly or not at all.

Step 8A: If Ford Module Programming was unable to retrieve the configuration data due to either

a non-functioning module or a module which was removed before the data was retrieved, the

application will request that the user obtain information from the Module Build Data (As Built)

data can be obtained by doing the following:

• Go to the Motorcraft website (www.motorcraft.com)
• Go to the Technical Resources area
• Log in using the User ID and password set up when the subscription to Ford Module

Programming was purchased

• Select “My Subscriptions”
• Select “Ford Module Programming”
• Select “Module Build Data (as Built)”
• Enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and select “Submit”
• Write down the information that was requested by the Ford Module Programming

application

• Return to the Ford Module Programming application and enter the requested information

Step 9: If necessary, apply the reprogramming label to the PCM

If an emissions recall has been performed or a required emissions-related TSB has been completed,

an Authorized Modification label must be placed on the PCM. These labels can be purchased at the

parts counter of a Ford or Lincoln/Mercury dealership.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the technician to inform the customer that Ford Motor Company will not reimburse the vehicle owner for field service actions that are not completed at a Ford or Lincoln/Mercury dealership.

Step 10: When the “Programming complete” screen appears, select the tick mark or the Enterkey. If PATS initialization is required, Ford Module Programming may automatically link to the PATSparameter reset and/or key relearn procedures. Two ignition keys may be required to complete the

PATS initialization procedure.

Step 10A: If PATS initialization is required and Ford Module Programming did not link to thatfunctionality automatically, go to the Toolbox tab and select “PATS”. Detailed instructionsare provided in Section 6.

Installation Instructions

“1.Download all .rar Files, extract it and startETK75P_v2017.exe,The Installation Wizard will guide you through the installation.(Use WINRAR or 7-ZIP to decompress the Files or you’ll get “Wrong Password” Error !)

2. The Install Password (not archives password) is:2017@by-carfreak.kiss Note: Please type in the password manually, the setup doesn’t like Copy & Paste.

3. The install process continues with the necessary Hardlock Driver Installation.

4. The System will be restarted automatically, if not please do it manually.

5. Before you start ETKA,Run the Patch ETK75P-PATCH-INT.EXE after installing ETKA 7.5 PLUS International or Run the Patch ETK75P-PATCH-GER.EXE after installing ETKA 7.5 PLUS Germany

6.YOUR ETKA 7.5 PLUS IS READY !- but outdated

7. Now we have to install the Updates,We will need Update State 1185-711-717-1185 for upgrading to ETKA 8

If you have installed the Germany version, download the Germany Updatesfile, unpack it and install the updates one by one in ascending order.Wait until you start the next update until the previous update is finished.Needed Files in the attached link: ETKA75_Germany_Updates_2017.rar

If you have installed the International version, download the International Updates file, unpack it and install the updates one by one in ascending order.
